Questions owners ask us.
Which phones work with Tap It?
iPhone XS and newer read the card with the screen on. Most Android phones work too, as long as NFC is turned on in settings.
Does my customer need an app?
No. The tap opens your Google review page in the phone's browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to scan.
Does the card need charging or batteries?
No. The phone powers the chip during the tap, so the card keeps working as long as it stays in good condition.
Is asking for Google reviews allowed?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It does not allow rewards for reviews, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy. Offer the card to everyone and never give a discount or freebie in exchange for a review.
Why buy in bulk?
One card covers one spot. Most businesses need a card per table, station, or counter, and the per-card price drops at 10, 30, and 60 cards. Bulk orders also pay 50% on order and 50% on delivery, and new branches within 12 months keep your tier price.
Can you put my logo or design on the card?
Not yet. Custom designs are not available at the moment. Every order uses our standard Google review card, the same one shown on this page.
What if my Google listing changes?
We reprogram your cards for free so they keep opening the right page.
What if a card stops working?
Defective cards are replaced free within 12 months. Lost or damaged cards are replaced at your tier price.
How do I pay?
By QRPh transfer from GCash, Maya, or any bank app. For bulk orders, we take 50% when you order and 50% on delivery.
How long is delivery?
Orders ship via Lalamove from Quezon City, and the customer pays for shipping. Bulk orders are ready in 7 to 10 business days. Outside Metro Manila, message us and we'll work out the best option.
